Foreward Consultancy was established by Justin Ward as a specialist Hotel Management and Tourism Consulting business.

With extensive experience in the Hospitality, Tourism and Franchising industries, I offer property developers and owners a unique perspective on maximising their investment returns. Through my ownership and operation of several highly successful accommodation businesses and hotel assets, I am well-placed to understand my client's motivation, as I have already "walked a mile" in their shoes.

Over the last 27 years, I have acquired expertise in hotel development, business operations, project management, refurbishment, tenure control, strategic planning, financial management, and brand creation.
